"I like to track my car, I like proper fitting tires, I like my car to look good" etc etc... I can tell you without a doubt that these people do not track the cars in that condition, it is a stance achieved for looks only (and in many cases only temporary). People like to push the limits of wheel fitment for the ultimate (in their opinion) of aggressive styling. Personally, I think it looks good. I hate nothing more than seeing wheels sunken into the fender wells, and although I wouldn't daily drive a car with camber or fitment like some of them, I'd certainly do it on occasion, especially for photo opportunities. Frankly, cars with that sort of "low to the ground, low offset wide wheel" stance attract a lot of positive attention nowadays, so you can't blame people for enjoying the styling. Now, "donks" or "boxes" or whatever you want to call lifted caprices on 26's, is just stupid...
